Evaluate requests for new fiscal practices to ensure efficient control and utilization of financial resources.
The administration and maintenance of compensation and benefits programs; training and staff development; career and succession planning; student employment and employee communications.
This position collaborates with academic administration, staff, and faculty. Other duties as assigned.
Provides direction to supervisors in recruitment and placement of staff and student employees in accordance with established University policies and procedures. Provides guidance for faculty searches as needed.
Ensures compliance to standards, processes and procedures and ensure that all servers meet standard configuration and performance requirements.
