Interprets, implements and maintains policies and procedures pertaining to payroll. Ensures that all transactions are in compliance with state and federal payroll regulations, union agreements and/or board guidelines.
Investigates complaints and solves crimes. Develops procedures to minimize losses and stop crimes. Informs students, faculty and staff of college rules and regulations regarding safety, property control, parking regulations, emergency response procedures, and building access.
Evaluates and compares existing company benefits with those of other employers by analyzing other plans, participating in and conducting surveys, and utilizing other resources. Analyzes results of surveys and develops specific recommendations for review by management.
Manages the day-to-day operations of the office, coordinating work activities with other support staff, organizing the workflow, relieving the executive/od of administrative details and providing an efficient and organized office environment.
Designs and evaluates didactic and clinical curriculum to ensure that expected competencies are being taught to the students. Ensures that instruction is consistent with national professional standards to assure skill and knowledge competencies of graduates.
Provide information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage. Review prescriptions to assure accuracy, to ascertain the needed ingredients, and to evaluate their suitability.
Advise corporations or government agencies of procedures to follow in cleaning up contaminated sites to protect people and the environment. Design or supervise the design of systems, processes, or equipment for control, management, or remediation of water, air, or soil quality.
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, or material stress factors to determine design specifications.
