Responsible for developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the Bank's overall business plan and strategic direction, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change manage, organizational performance and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Advises management of industry trends and legislative changes affecting HR programs.

Assist with the oversight and provide assistance/guidance to Loan Servicing Manager; establishes specifications for the Loan Accounting System, ensuring monetary and statistical accuracy; establishes systems to ensure callback systems are sufficient to identify input errors on a timely basis.
