The Nurse Director in a collaborative relationship with the Associate Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for the planning of clinical services to assure efficient and appropriate delivery of care to the unit's specific patient population.
The Senior Programmer Analyst serves as liaison between the IS Department and the end user community to analyze system and application interfacing needs, develop technical solutions to best meet these needs and monitor and improve data quality.
Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the crisis stabilization program, including establishing policy and procedures, budgeting and financial monitoring, staffing plans, contract management and liaison with partner organizations, marketing, and general oversight to ensure that the mission of the program is achieved.
Responsible for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Medical Officer on the achievement of goals and initiatives to improve patient engagement, experience and satisfaction, inclusive of all diverse communities served, by their Operating Unit.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Care Management department at WIHRI including the directing, planning, implementing and continuously improving of all activities of the Care Management program.
