Develop and manage responsive and effective BVU advertising strategies, and monitor response and ROI regularly, using data to make necessary adjustments, in order to meet goals in areas such as enrollment, alumni engagement, fundraising, branding, and reputation management.
The Creative Director will work closely with constituents across the university to manage the visual expression of the university brand, working at times under tight timelines. The director must be an excellent communicator, with strong visual design skills, who can lead the design team.
Work collaboratively with the President and CMO on any communications needs for the Office of the President. Manage the writing of speeches for various university officials as they relate to public relation functions and help script Institutional Advancement and President's Office special events as needed.
This position primarily designs, implements and supervises sport specific strength and conditioning programs for all student athletes at BVU. Works collaboratively with head coaches, as well as EXSC faculty, on the coordination of personal training and/or strength and conditioning programs.
This position requires strong managerial and motivational skills, the ability to train, mentor, and develop a staff and participate collaboratively as a member of the UDAE leadership team. The AVP is responsible for the design and execution of the annual development operation's plan that will help achieve the university's fundraising goals and objectives.
