You are responsible for optimizing and enriching the customer experience throughout our customer for life cycle and orchestrating the customer journey through proactive engagement strategies for your assigned portfolio of our most strategic customers.
Lead global development engineers in delivery of product in a large, global mature agile organization. Drive efficiencies in the development team through the use of tools, processes, and effective resource management
Implement and support integrations between JIRA and other systems, particularly the Dynamics AX system. Perform system administration including administering user accounts, security roles, profiles, workflows, etc.
Make design choices and suggest coding standards, tools and platforms. Train, coach and collaborate with others within the organization: subdivide a complex application, during the design phase into smaller, more manageable pieces and communicate those to developers
Partner with developers and scrum masters to address technical blockers/impediments to progress. Partner with cloud engineering group to outline the infrastructure provisioning requirements/needs for new product development
Draft and maintain use cases or other supporting documentation for enhancements or new features.Communicate to market-facing team about newly release product features and functionality, providing training sessions, internal overviews, FAQs and other process support documentation as needed
