Yvan Rodriguez participated in a 6 week internship with bluebirds HR team this summer. Originally from Lima, Peru, Yvan has been living in Boston for over 4 years and will be attending Boston University in the fall, majoring in Economics. His hard work, passion, and overall commitment to bluebirds mission was a driver in all his projects. In speaking with Yvan, youll quickly find his outlook on life not only inspiring but wise beyond his years. Yvan says, My internship experience at bluebird was simply great. The start was really welcoming and smooth and I quickly adapted into the work environment. The culture is what surprised me the most. Working at bluebird has been the best professional experience I have had so far. Not only because of the amazing work the company does, but also because the values of the company deeply resonate with me. I loved working at bluebird, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. #bluebirddays @bostonu

When Noah Hoffs manager nominated him for a social media spotlight for being an incredible intern, we had to oblige! Majoring in computer science, Noah invested most of his time at bluebird analyzing data that has helped the team better understand how to meet the needs of patients with beta-thalassemia. Noah says, With this being my first internship, I have learned so much throughout the entire process. From how to be efficient in a workplace, to communication skills, to how to create a focused and organized presentation, this internship has been a huge growing experience for me. #bluebirddays
