The companys flagship product is an IT systems management platform that aggregates and correlates IT alerts to create high-level IT incidents. BigPanda is used by IT organizations, DevOps teams, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams, and Network Operation Centers (NOCs) to improve the availability and performance of applications. It integrates with existing IT infrastructure monitoring tools, including traditional monitoring systems from HP and IBM along with others like New Relic, AppDynamics, Splunk, Nagios, Zabbix, Amazon CloudWatch, and more. The platform also integrates with several deployment and configuration management tools like Chef, Ansible, Puppet, and others.
