Execute marketing activities for the property as directed by the Director(s) of Sales and Marketing, Area Director of Marketing.
Must have project management skills and prefer condo resort background.
The Director will take an active role to support the hotel's pricing and distribution of inventory across various channels of distribution to maximize revenues.
The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for overseeing the operation and staff of all food and beverage departments.
Assist the General Manager and Hotel Manager daily in all other waterpark functions as required.
The Director of Front Office is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Front Office operation. Including, but not limited to, ensuring customer satisfaction , financial performance, and employee relations.
To assist the Director of It in coordinating, organizing and actively overseeing the operation of the entire Information Technology functions including computer, server and telecommunication systems.
Schedule and conduct annual audit. Report financial results to owners and management in accordance with hotel Accounting Principles each month.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the administration of all duties relative to the Human Resources.
Provide a forum for problem solving with clients relative to any group issues. Exemplify positive attitude, encourage employee morale and problem solve any employee issues.
Evaluate potential Shows in which we should be participating and attend the shows to represent the resort and develop new business leads.
Optimize RevPAR by analyzing/forecasting demand and establishing effective selling strategies, oversell strategies, optimal and seasonal market.
Develop rates, group ceilings and deployment strategies through review of competitive data, demand analysis and mix management.
