Understands strategic needs of the business and can translate need into potential new use cases; helps Data Scientists understand the business problem to determine the appropriate analytical approach to solution.
Interface with various departments, senior management and external individuals providing value and support for continuous improvement; ensure that expectations are developed, controlled, and executed in a timely manner.
Identifies the drivers, strategies and needs of clients' operations and leads internal change to support those operations; works closely with Business Unit Support and with appropriate business areas to ensure that business needs are understood and that services provided meet those needs.
Conduct root cause analysis and determine key drivers of performance including forecasting of future performance; monitor and track performance against annual and long-term goals and additional core business objectives.
Plan, organize, direct and control, and lead assigned functional area and ensure its alignment with business objectives; operate within broad objectives to ensure optimum utilization of capital, staffing and equipment.
Evaluate the effectiveness of awareness and training programs and makes recommendations for improvement; conduct knowledge transfer training sessions to security operations team upon technology implementation.
Develop user and/or system test cases and validate test results during testing, as needed; document system modifications; develop system manuals, system training materials and system enhancement communication.
Develop lines of communication to discuss/review results of analysis to management via reports/presentations and assist management in implementing programs that provide solutions. Investigate, review, recommend, communicate and implement solutions which identify problems/root cause of issues.
Manage exceptions to architectural standards at a domain level; review and approve recommendations to architectural standards at a domain level; provide coaching and mentoring to less-experienced team members.
