You will be responsible for managing Client Service Supervisors and overseeing the performance of their teams consisting of Client Service Representatives and Senior Client Service Representatives.
Analyze and classify change requests, identifying and documenting scope of change and impact on other integration.
Form strategic partnerships with peers and internal stakeholders by providing resources and expertise to maximize business success.
Provide 2nd level of review of all rules that are written on the compliance system by the business analyst.
Ensure that Business Analysts adhere to strong project execution methodology standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Performs unit testing and/or other test cases based on project needs.
Respond and perform in-depth technical analysis and risk assessment of all security events and incidents.
Perform database backups using recovery manager data pump utilities.
Utilize detailed and thorough practices including negative testing, testing of boundary conditions, etc., and work collaboratively with business areas to support UAT testing.
Perform Defect trends analysis during and post release and provide detailed report on risks and lessons learnt.
Develop process, procedure and documentation around in support of internal containerization/cloud initiatives.
