Provides age-specific pharmaceutical care and basic clinical services for assigned patient care areas. Contributes to goals, programs, QA, PI and other activities for their unit/department/hospital. Performs other duties as assigned.
Leads and develops the BMHCC system strategy for implementation of system-wide, team based, integrated clinical care models to achieve designated quality and financial outcomes through effective and efficient utilization.
Administratively responsible for oversight of the College's enrollment management and student affairs through directing and coordinating the responsibilities of the deans/directors of admissions, student records, financial aid, student affairs, and with input from other related services
Works closely with leadership team, market leader and hospital administration within assigned market, physicians, and practice managers to ensure coordination/alignment with overall bmg market strategies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to development of market strategies and business initiatives, network development and practice management for primary care and multi-specialty groups, participation in physician contracting activities/negotiation, mergers/acquisitions as appropriate and physician relations.
