Responsible for new employee sign ups, basic personnel administration activities and general administration.
This role will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting SG&A departmental costs, budgeting, forecasting, issue financial statements and analyzing financial results on a monthly basis.
Responsible for administering, directing, and coordinating all maintenance, turnaround, capital, and/or other plant services performed on Industrial personnel.
This position will provide overall supervision and coordination on one large project or several small projects that require interfacing of structures, roadway, and other operations.
Working with architects and owners in value-engineering when preliminary estimates exceed the owners' budgets. Finds architectural alternatives and prices them out for cost savings.
Prepares summary level schedules for proposed projects. These are used to determine overall project duration, general conditions, and hoisting needs and are to be inserted into the proposal that will be submitted to the client.
Responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day operations, enhancements and special projects across two ERP Systems (CMiC and Viewpoint).
Responsible for the acquisition of new customers, and the establishment of productive and profitable relationships with external organizations.
Direct all job personnel in the implementation of E.E.O., safety, and preventive maintenance policies. Analyze and update cost information on job cost reporting data.
