We first met Tahini in August 2015, when she was brought into the ASPCA by NYPD officers after being found by a Good Samaritan tied up in a park without food or water for an extended period of time. During her intake, the ASPCA Animal Hospital (AAH) veterinary team noted that Tahini was suffering from a few medical conditions, but this happy-go-lucky pup wasnt going to let anything slow her down. After moving to our Adoption Center, Tahini became a shelter favorite and was known to everyone as a lovable goofball, full of energy and life. After being adopted out and returned by two adopters due to unforeseen circumstances, Tahini was sent to live with a foster named Rachel F. for the next few months. You know how people say love should be easy? Well Tahini was just easy. Her personality is fantastic, she has these quirks that can make anyone smile, said Rachel.
