Design, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software applications and test tools.Develops an understanding of assigned application and internal customer area, standards and techniques, and general business knowledge.
Partner with others to deliver mission critical software. This includes, but not limited to, Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Software Engineering Managers, QA Managers, UX/UI Managers, System Admins, etc.
Ensures teams provide high level service to meet client expectations on a daily basis. This includes providing quality service and timely response and follow up. Reports results to Vice President and Executive Management team as appropriate, identifies and resolves barriers to achieve results.
Tests, installs and configures new network related hardware and software.Performs daily network administration tasks.Stays current on updates and service packs for network operating systems and software.
