Develop, implement and evaluate unit(s) goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and standards of care, which contribute to the achievement of unit(s) objectives; oversee and coordinate the activities and job duties of unit assigned personnel to achieve assigned objectives for quality results, customer/patient satisfaction, cost-effectiveness and compliance with fiscal budget.
Develop effective communications between unit personnel, physicians and other Community employees to assure continuity, coordination and collaboration in delivering appropriate health care services; maintain proficiency with respect to applicable technologies to permit informed recommendations regarding new services, products and equipment.
