Drive on. // Brians after-work passion is classic cars and he often spends his spare time restoring his bold purple 1972 Dodge Challenger. And when weather is especially nice, the day ends with a relaxing evening car ride with one of his three daughters. Thank you, Brian, for letting us follow you through your day. Until next time. #lbdayinthelife

Esprit de Corps. // Brian tells us that his military training taught him to take care of others before himself, and its a mindset he continues to have even now. Each night before he leaves, Brian takes the time to check in individually with each member of his team to discuss projects and help them get home on time. My military background gives me a great deal of perspective. #lbdayinthelife

Munchie break. // When three oclock rolls around, you can usually find Brian shooting the breeze with the buildings security guards or at the buildings convenience shop, stocking up on Red Hots. For Brian, its important to build relationships not only on his team and within the agency but, throughout the building as well. #lbdayinthelife

Inside the Club House. // Known for his sense of humor and prankster ways, Brian loves to share stories of the mischief, running jokes and hilarious traditions his team shares. A favorite of these is the photo wall, which displays ridiculously Photoshopped caricatures of each team member, found in their team room or Club House. The jokes are a way of building a team bond and relieving stress, he explains. We do stupid, juvenile things that are probably only funny to us and thats OK. #lbdayinthelife
