Lead supporting role for parishes, schools and pastorates to become centers of evangelization; develop and present training and retreat opportunities for parishes and schools.
Schedules and rehearses the choir, musicians, and cantors; meets with grieving families to plan funeral liturgies and schedules cantor and accompanists.
Responsible for the planning, management, and implementation of all fundraising initiatives; plan, collect data, make projections and report enrollment management data.

Coordinate musicians/vocalists for weddings and funerals; be available to meet with families as needed for planning services, ensure that liturgical norms are maintained
Serve as a resource for parishes and schools by helping assure compliance with Archdiocesan child protection policies and procedures regarding hiring, screening, and training of church personnel.
The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day payroll/HRMS activities to support the HR, payroll, finance and other interrelated functions, while fostering and maintaining positive relationships with staff in the Pastoral Center, parishes and schools
