Perform regular administrative tasks such as database backup and restore, database analysis and tuning in a development and test Plan and coordinate database changes, installation of upgrades, patches and new versions.
Manage the recruiting process to ensure current and future talent needs are met. Manage requirements for selection process to attract highly qualified candidates and to ensure Aqua's success building a diverse workforce.
Assisting in the processing of rate applications, debt financings and other regulatory filings before the PUC. Coordinate efforts between state accounting personnel and rate department to ensure accuracy and integrity of rate filing data.
Assist in the development and implementation of both IT and OT strategies and facilitate such initiatives as they relate to the company's SCADA architecture, including network infrastructure and security program.
