Responsible for developing product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation while defining the target buyer segments for products and services in partnership with product management and the valued added services teams.
Liaise with the external auditors and proactively coordinate the audit to ensure, amongst other things, coordination of the PBC request process to minimize impact to the business, alignment of testing results.
Work closely with real estate product leadership to identify priority investment areas. Develop landscapes of relevant market segments including market size, market segmentation, growth rate, and target companies.
You understand and are familiar with traditional facilities and construction management, and are also willing and able to push those to the side in order to take a creative and innovative approach to solving workspace challenges.
The Total Rewards Manager will make big contributions in the areas of Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, this position will administer compensation and benefit programs, as well as be responsible for the maintenance of our HR systems. This role also contributes to the development of our evolving rewards strategy.
