Manage customer relationships as well as APEX delivery and support for assigned global and strategic software clients.
Monitor and assist in compliance efforts for Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) and customer compliance and any associated security audits
Solid understanding of the business value of supplier information and in-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
Provide data integration and extraction solutions from SAP with third party applications using Web Services and Data files.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.
