Position Description
In this role you will initiate, establish, and build strong customer relationships, retention and loyalty of our Electrical Contractors, Integrators, EPCs and Industrial End-users.
Collaborate with the Business Transformation Lead to drive transition from a functional to a process-based organization and ensure recognition of desired business value.
Provide superior customer service to customers and suppliers including some onsite visits. Assist with account development and make support calls on customers as necessary.

Actively works with sales team to design successful bid strategies. Assists in bid preparation and insures customers receive quotations in a timely manner.
The Location Manager will lead the team to aggressively prospect and drive new sales along with providing excellent customer service within the local territory.
Developing an actionable and targeted organizational alignment plan for sponsor and stakeholder management which includes communication, coaching, education and resistance management.
Developing profitable growth strategies with key suppliers supported by executable initiatives that deliver results in line with short and long term company goals.
