This position is for a TEST Technician. The candidate must possess strong skills in test hardware fabrication, PCB hand assembly, and some amount of hardware debug and troubleshooting skills. A high level of organizational skills are important as this position requires management of the engineering lab. In addition to the technical requirements the position also requires the candidate to manage component inventory within the lab. This includes purchasing.

Develop testing and characterization solutions for high-power laser devices in R&D and manufacturing, including test and measurement equipment and components sourcing, hardware integration and automation.
Plan, manage, and direct the overall product development engineering activities of the department Coordinate the creation, development, design, and improvement of products in conformance with established processes and objectives Develop and manage department budget Work with Business Line leadership and program teams to plan resource needs and manage staffing to accommodate those needs.
Provide leadership during all phases of digital IC development: definition, requirements mapping, architectural design, RTL, Verilog / System Verilog, synthesis, simulations, timing analysis, verification, etc.
The Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. Assigned to three to five named customers, the Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
