Manages team of direct reports and is responsible for employee selection, development, mentoring, and performance management.
Build strong relationships with key suppliers in order to negotiate more innovative and beneficial contractual agreements and service levels.
Develop, maintain, and present a constant awareness of all safety requirements as they are communicated to onboarding personnel during the safety training and orientation presentation.

Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and delivery problems.
Develops or revises operational and working practices, and ensures compliance with customer and industry standards including gmp standards and product safety.
Build relationships with suppliers to position amcor as a preferred customer, and work with site teams to ensure an uninterrupted supply of quality goods at optimum cost
Responsible for all plant activities such as environmental health & safety, quality, customer relations, production operations, maintenance, people development, human resources, continuous improvement, engineering, purchasing, warehouse/logistics, and finance.
Develops, recommends, prioritizes and provides execution oversight of all arpna plant energy reduction projects.
Interface with plant and operations engineering to ensure part, tooling and secondary operation equipment meets the requirements of plants.
Defining and execute aggressive / actionable segment strategies that include the identification of technology platforms which create a defensible value proposition.
Maintain shift staffing, administer performance reviews, complete training and participate in hiring.
Plans and oversees the implementation of capital improvement projects to ensure adherence to approved plans, schedules and budgets.
Serves as subject matter expert in the design, development, integration, and testing of control systems.
Works closely with the plant personnel to ensure a safe and healthy work environment by taking an active role in the plant's safety programs and goals.
Oversees the plant production schedule, ensuring customer requirements are met and alignment with capacity plans and inventory targets.
Facilitate the successful integration of new business growth into Brampton and perform post-integration financial analysis and support.
Work closely with operations, procurement and customer service to best meet customer's needs.
Manage industrialization projects to ensure smooth ramp of up new business opportunities. Maintain budget, ensuring appropriate resource levels.
Establish priorities for the maintenance function/department that ensures the effective utilization of available resources.
Ensuring the accurate and timely testing of raw materials, in process and finished products to meet customer and company quality standards.
