It''s a great time to plan your garden and start seeds indoors, particularly vegetables. (And snow days are a perfect opportunity to get started.) Take a peek at our selection of seeds and supplies in the Garden Center on your next trip to Adams.

Tomorrow is your last chance to stroll through the spring-y wonderland that is our annual Garden Show (at our Kingston and Wappinger stores). Our final Food Show of the year will be held in Wappinger from 11-3 tomorrow, too, so make a day if it (and stock up on provisions for this crazy snowstorm headed for the #hudsonvalley)! @fensma

In 1919, Mary Rogers Adams and her husband Ralph A. Adams bought a farm on Dutchess Turnpike in Poughkeepsie, NY. They worked the land, selling fresh produce to area retailers. By 1933 they had four childrenDiana, Dorothy, Ralph and Donaldand a successful farm stand. Adams Fairacre Farms was born. Today we celebrate the legacy of Mary Rogers Adams and the spirit and dedication of all the women who have made Adams Fairacre Farms what it is today. #internationalwomensday
