Successfully manage multiple/simultaneous client-facing system deployments and customer installation project implementations by continually motivating clients/team members, ensuring project timelines are met, and issues are addressed
Negotiate with customers, understanding contractual responsibilities and delivering to contractual requirements. Track project costs and manage financial responsibility of projects to guarantee on-budget delivery
Collaborates with System Architect to ensure that design meets system architectural objectives. Collaborates with a distributed agile team to ensure the job gets done. Escalates issues in a timely manner and provides mitigation recommendations for same.
The general purpose of this role is to coordinate multiple project implementations of SGS's innovative ProField Software and work collaboratively with a team of customers, project managers, systems engineers, product managers, business analysts, developers and other resources.
Maintains and improves contact center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades.
