Deliver Proof of Value engagements and lead deep-dives on product solutions
Responsible for supporting pre-sales activities with the goal of achieving revenue-based sales objectives.
he RD will manage a weekly meeting in which AEs can share experiences, get updates from other departments, discuss issues gleaned from peers and identify selling issues and concerns so the RD can potentially spot trends across the business and escalate.
This role is responsible for being able to proficiently communicate the Visibility, Control, and Resilience value proposition and lead a team of successful inside account managers.
Provide pre-sales assistance to Absolute and Dell account managers via phone, e-mail and/or in person, responding to sales requests and/or inquiries in a timely manner
The candidate will own all aspects of the business relationship, driving executive alignment, and executing on overall go-to-market plan.
Develop test cases using Java and Soap UI, in a Linux or Microsoft Windows environment, for our Web Application (user interface) and our middle tier RESTful endpoints.
Review product requirements and other technical documentation to ensure testability and completeness.
Work with stakeholders across the business to implement the strategy, initiatives and programs on time and under budget
The RD will take responsibility for driving usage of our CRM tools across their teams and other KPIs as identified.
Attend onsite customer meetings and events where ROI is high for sales conversion, minimally once per quarter.
Participate in quarterly business reviews with partners to evaluate what is working and optimize.
