    During our Asia Pacific intern week, we prepare our interns for success. We bring in talent leaders to train our interns on how to interview at their best. We show the interns how to streamline their thoughts to formulate effective answers. We teach them the STAR method so that they can excel at every stage of their careers.

    As a scientist, I oversee the complete testing process for multiple types of tests, ranging from cardiac, cancer, and blood tests. This entire process includes preparing the review documents of the procedures and results, and building a package that is suitable for quality and regulatory review.
