Responsible for supporting, coordinating, and oversight of IS&T activity with key customers. Works with users to define system functionality and usage, information flow, reports and data requirements. Develops specifications and documents operational procedures, tests software, and coordinates corresponding IS&T activity.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst or a related discipline with an emphasis on delivering cutting edge technology within finance.
Facilitate awareness communications to various audiences, coordinate, and maintain project schedules, plans, and scope using standard project management methodologies. Assist with documenting security policies, standards, and guidelines based on the organization's requirements, maturity level, and compliance objectives.
Perform requirements gathering/elicitation and analysis in order to understand current state processes, complex business rules and desired future state; ensuring that the context and implications of the changes are identified and understood by the business and the project team.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop test plans, perform and document system testing of software patches and custom enhancements; attend Oracle conferences and/or user group meetings, as deemed appropriate by manager.
The primary role of the IT System/Business Analyst is to translate business requirements into technical specifications, maintain relationships with the business, and drive standard business processes across the IT Enterprise.
