In this role, the selected candidate will lead the business analysis efforts for implementations and large, multi-line projects; to review, analyze and document internal and client user needs; and to provide mentorship and leadership within the business analysis team.
In this role, the selected candidate works with Human Resources and other members of IT to improve process around IAM business processes; maintains, supports, and manages 24x7 the organizations IAM platform.
In this position, you will support of these Windows apps includes Incident, Defect, Service Request acknowledgement and resolution. Successful candidate must be experienced with the various system management processes within Nationwide (ie: ServiceNow, ITTL, TSB, SID, etc). Position will be required to participate in on-call including validation for I&O environment update activities.
