The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize commercial real estate projects on behalf of corporate users according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
Manages customer project delivery for small to medium projects within generally defined policies and practices; provides direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project. This may include preparing calculations, designs, reports and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
Must be proficient in AASHTO LRFD Design and knowledge of ODOT Design Requirements and Procedures; have design experience with the following bridge types: steel beam/girders, pre-stressed concrete I-beam and box beams, and reinforced concrete slabs.
