In this position, you will support of these Windows apps includes Incident, Defect, Service Request acknowledgement and resolution. Successful candidate must be experienced with the various system management processes within Nationwide (ie: ServiceNow, ITTL, TSB, SID, etc). Position will be required to participate in on-call including validation for I&O environment update activities.
The Business Analyst(s) will utilize existing documentation to develop, refine and update the existing business requirements document by conducting business analysis interview sessions with key stakeholders.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead the business analysis efforts for implementations and large, multi-line projects; to review, analyze and document internal and client user needs; and to provide mentorship and leadership within the business analysis team.
In this role, the selected candidate must be proficient in business analysis (Business process modeling, Business requirements, Functional requirements, Non-functional requirements, Vendor requirements, Use cases, Business rules etc.).
In this role, the selected candidate will partner with multiple stakeholders to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project (from identifying and defining process flows and use cases to user acceptance testing).
In this role, you will draft documents that result from a staff business process analysis of the business-critical functions that should be transferred to a new comprehensive technology solution for licensing liquor permits that will replace both CICS and LITS.
