The Senior Business Analyst will be a part of the Enterprise Project's Business Process team and will assist in the preparation, communication, and implementation of a cloud-based enterprise resource planning solution (student, financials, and human capital management), one of the most visible and complex initiatives being undertaken by the organization.
This position will work as part of a larger project team (state project team, system integrator, independent advisor) and the customers (Boards & Commissions) that are migrating into the eLicense 3.0 system.
This position will function as a part of the Business Banking Operations Support team. Will create and maintain procedures for the Business Loan Center. Will update the Business Banking website content.
Assessing individual strategic investment opportunities from a market, competitor, and client perspective, develop business and implementation plans and presentations, and financial models and forecasts.
The position is responsible for developing requirements for the design and implementation of the master data management RFP and assisting with implementation.
It requires collaboration with key members of functional organizations (Business units) and technical systems (IT teams).
The Business Analyst effectively facilitates the gathering, analysis, prioritization and categorization of complex business requirements in the revenue business lines s/he supports; leads and directs business teams in medium to large projects creating new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions.
The selected candidate must have extensive experience in writing epics, user stories, defining specific, concise acceptance criteria, and grooming stories into multiple smaller stories based upon logical separation points.
Contribute to the creation of an enterprise logical data model which is independent of any technology solution and identifies interrelationships between data; successfully elicit and document data terms, definitions, standards, and master data management processes.
The Information Security Analyst will be responsible for coordination of information security initiatives across the global organization to ensure that the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of corporate systems is maintained.
Will work directly with functional areas to resolve issues and to identify opportunities for improvement in their systems, coordinating the efforts of IT, operational departments and the vendor to achieve satisfactory solutions.
