The Manages people who are responsible for internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct and maintain accurate membership records including: Membership and Bank Draft Records, office supplies for MSD, member records, etc; create and schedule Membership Service Staff including Front Desk staff and Managers on Duty.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in the management of sub-contractors, ensuring their adherence to quality and programme; knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
In this role, you will be responsible to
manage the day to day operations of one to four programs in a community or small geographic area. Program Directors ensure quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Program Director also manages, hires, trains and schedule staff.
