Manage, direct and coordinate all operations directly related to production and shipment of all products produced by the facility: Materials Management, Manufacturing and Manufacturing Systems, Facilities Engineering/Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Shipping and Receiving, Process Engineering, Purchasing.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop manufacturing financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating manufacturing requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
This role will be responsible for scheduling production, overseeing welding procedures, coordinating the efforts of inspection associates, supporting inventory management/procurement, and directing the work of production associates with an eye towards optimizing quality and workplace safety. Hands-on welding skills are required in order to develop and prove out new welding techniques.
The Site Manager is responsible for the operational and manufacturing components of the corrugated facility. The successful candidate will oversee, manage and direct activities related to the functional areas including manufacturing, maintenance, scheduling, shipping, and inventory control.

The principal purpose of the Manufacturing Manager is to manage and drive change within the Polymer Additives and Nitriles (PANIT) unit at the Akron Plant to improve HSE, Cost, Quality and Productivity Performance.
Responsible for all maintenance and maintenance related projects, repairs, and planning on a plant wide level including but not limited to regular maintenance, preventative maintenance, outages, project and process improvements related to plant equipment installation or modification.
Establishing and promoting a safe, accident free and healthy work environment by proper labor relations and administration of plant rules of safety and conduct necessary for the control of the operation.
The responsibility of the Manufacturing and Engineering Manager is to plan, coordinate, control and supervise the perfume manufacturing process, ensuring goods are produced efficiently, in the correct volume, cost and quality and in time to meet the demands of the customer.
