In this role, you will maintaining highly available voice network environment by identifying gaps, researching solutions and bugs, installing upgrades, ensuring best practice compliance, Health Monitoring and Network optimizations.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the systems and networks located at field locations. This position will interface with various vendors, as well as with Corporate IT to be the hands in the field.
The Network Engineer will be responsible for research, design, planning, implementing and support of network solutions. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional customer service skills. Candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining network documentation and diagrams.
This individual is responsible for assisting with implementation of complex voice infrastructure & call center applications. Will be responsible for implementation of migration strategy for traffic & toll free numbers, load testing & technical documention for the expanded scope to address contact center needs.
In this role, the selected candidate will hold network information gathering workshops with the Customer to understand the Customer's existing network design and technical requirements of new network designs.
