Collaborates with regional director of operations, administrator and corporate director of market development to stay abreast of all corporate and regional sales/marketing programs, to develop and implement local sales plans and to coordinate with operational and clinical leadership to ensure extraordinary customer service and fulfill heartland promises.
In this position, you will report to the Commercial Sales Manager. You will be part of a team of qualified Commercial Account Managers that will be responsible for acquisition, retention, and growth of our Commercial Customers.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts; coordinate the involvement of company personnel in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
Execute a sales plan specific to designated account(s) which promotes the growth of the Alpha Technology, Immunoassays, Reagents, and Multimode Plate Readers, with obvious interest in the growth of all company product lines.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to work both independently and in a team oriented environment; prior knowledge and experience in the residential and/or commericial window and door industry will be a plus, but not required.
The national account manager (nam) is responsible for developing and implementing managed care strategies while securing contracts and developing business relationships with managed care organizations. Work with operations, sales and marketing teams to build managed care census and revenue.
Developing and managing the complete procurement and business development life cycle including identification of potential suppliers, contract negotiations, vetting, onboarding, performance analysis, QBRs and compliance audits.
