Human Resources Coordinator ( HRC ), you will manage all aspects of the Human Resources Department in coordination with the Regional Human Resources Director and the Corporate Human Resources / Payroll Department.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for developing incumbents and successors, as well as identifying global mobility opportunities and candidates.
In this role, you will lead employee relations, ensuring excellent climate and morale. Proactively assess team's morale and engagement and create a strategy to address gaps, executing that plan flawlessly.
In this role, the selected candidate will support centralized recruiting team in resolving issues around requisition accuracy, approval chains, and manager responsiveness; actively engage management team in performance management process from a training and coaching standpoint, and ensure follow-up on performance improvement plans.
In this role, the candidate will provide direction regarding the Human Resources policies and procedures interpretation and usage within the General Office; provides guidance on policy exceptions as needed.
In this role, you will implement, disseminate, and monitors company policies, programs and procedures in the areas of training, compensation, compliance, and benefits to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
In this role, you will work with RVP and regional support team to identify effective ways to recognize Team Members. Design strategies to improve overall morale and engagement while measuring and assessing progress.
