This Plant Operations Manager will be responsible for 50+ production employees and 4 direct Production Supervisors, oversee production, materials, quality, safety, and maintenance as well as metrics, policies and procedures, and scrap reduction.
In this role, you will works under the supervision of the Facilities Manager. To plan, organize, supervise, coordinated and control the activities of the Life Safety and HMC-J Maintenance functions which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utility systems and grounds of this organization in an operative and safe working condition.
In this role, you will establish correct field calculations and communicates cost yields and accountabilities; conduct safety training, risk assessments, and internal safety inspections to ensure all safety policies are practiced and enforced.
This Converting & Printing Plant Manager will be responsible for 60+ production employees and 7 direct supervisors, coordinates, facilitates, and manages the Printing and Converting departments and lines while managing all employees.
In this role, you will establishes and monitors department operating budget; analyzes manufacturing costs and material usage reports; develops labor models; identifies and implements improvements to positively affect profitability. Recommends purchase of all capital equipment and plant expansion. Prepares and/or maintains various reports, records and/or logs (e.g., budget, production, environmental, safety, etc.)
This role will be responsible for scheduling production, overseeing welding procedures, coordinating the efforts of inspection associates, supporting inventory management/procurement, and directing the work of production associates with an eye towards optimizing quality and workplace safety. Hands-on welding skills are required in order to develop and prove out new welding techniques.
In this role, you will be responsible for multiple sites coordination, planning and scheduling of maintenance to ensure that all work is done in a safe and timely manner, reducing lost productivity within the shops.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience with Lean Manufacturing,5S, FMEA, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis, experience with capital project development and budget administration.
