This position is for an entry level System Administrator in IT Infrastructure Rapid Platforms & Services Group. The administrator will provide technical product support including responses to user questions, installation, testing, problem diagnosis, tracking, resolution, and routine maintenance with moderate direction from senior staff.
Partners with internal infrastructure teams and vendor to provide recommendations for hardware and system software upgrades. Develops and maintains a comprehensive system hardware and software configuration database/library of all supporting documentation.
Cultivate short-term and long-term goals and strategies related to corporate strategy, information technology and the pharmacy/mail order industry, and communicate these goals to the department, the business and others.
Perform ISV (Independent Software Vendors) product functionality comparisons, de-commissioning of existing products, installation of new products and transitioning products from test to quality assurance and production environments.
You will collaborate with content leads within internal business partner departments (such as field marketing, business systems, sales operations, learning & development, customer experience, etc.) to develop content strategy. You will participate in content migration and any other content management efforts, train departmental content leads on taxonomy and tagging, and test/refine process development and content quality governance.
Enforce operating standards for the Windows desktop environment which includes developing the management processes used for operating system deployment, application installation / configuration, and security.
