The Human Resources (HR) Manager provides leadership and direction for all HR functions of this Manufacturing Plant. This is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to the employees, and leaders supporting plant operations.
In this role, you will be responsible to serve as the primary HR focal for site based HR initiatives and activities including Integrated Supply Chain, Engineering and Technology, Customer Product Support, IT, Finance, and other functions.
In this role, you will provide input and assist in or lead efforts associated with change management efforts involving reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance to local legislation.
The HR Manager forms partnerships with management to create superior relationships to facilitate the attainment of the organizations business objectives while developing the capabilities of those at the facility.
In this role, you will lead and supervise an HR team that may include an HR Business Partner, HR Coordinators, and production or functional staffing team. Strengthen the HR leadership pipeline and build HR capability by acquiring, developing and inspiring great talent.
In this role, you will strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
The HR Manager for Global Communication, Human Resources, Legal and Sales / Marketing Excellence will support the SVP of Communications, the CHRO, SVP of Legal and the SVP of Sales and Marketing Excellence.
