This is a HR Business Analyst role for production administration and engagement in the design and implementation of a global HRIS solution using Oracle eBS HCM, Taleo, Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management, Oracle Learn, and OBIEE to meet the needs of Diebold's Global Human Resources community.
In this role, you will maintain current, accurate reports for openings, positions filled, and statistical data on new hires, exits, etc. Drive the monthly RvC meetins and hiring council
Manage the HR budget, including expat budgets.
In this role, you will create an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior guest service.
In this role, you will develop reports and other key metrics, including but not limited to, the monthly HR Scorecard, Strategic Plan. The selected candidate will create and develop staff development programs and delivers results that corresponds with established goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
