In this role, the selected candidate will conduct business analysis that results in the planning and directing of employees to meet or exceed budgeted store and salon sales, expenses, profit and productivity goals in support of district/region strategy.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan, direct, and control multiple services/locations in our corporate dining division (i.e., food service, merchandising, event planning, facilities, vending, etc.) to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs.
In this role, the selected candidate will initiate opportunities to implement new products and services to support business growth; lead all catering operations that may include such duties as selecting and costing menus, staffing, and working closely with department administration staff.
In this role, you will ensure that product quality standards are met in all areas of the hotel as it relates to the appearance, levels of maintenance and cleanliness; establish and maintain preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the hotel.
In this role, the selected candidate will establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport with a mutually beneficial business relationship; provide guidance and motivation to Front Line Managers and other area staff.
The General Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations and sales of the branch. In addition to setting individual and branch sales goals, this individual will facilitate the success of the sales team by setting the direction for the branch, training, coaching, communicating, helping them build their businesses and removing obstacles to their success.
