In this role, the selected candidate will
assist department managers in implementation of performance evaluations for the staff. Assist the department managers in the use of departmental policies and procedures. Emphasize the importance of good rapport among the department managers so that good teamwork can be realized.
The new Executive Director (ED) must bring the professional experience, strategic vision, and Inter-personal skills necessary to take the organization to the next level of achievement following the departure of the SSAs founding leadership.
In this role, you must have deep subject matter expertise in transitioning silo-ed organization into a cohesive global organization. Prior experience and success in transitioning teams from waterfall to Agile or other iterative models, experience with lean methodologies is required.
The Global Cyber Security & Recovery Resiliency Technical Lead will be responsible for partnering with Cyber Security, LoB CISO's and Technologists across the Firm in developing real life scenarios and appropriate solutions where gaps exist, thereby driving the timely and successful execution of the Firm-wide Recovery and Resiliency strategy within the Cyber Security arena.
