Works closely with assigned properties, Area Director, Director of Regional Sales, General Manager, and Director of Sales (if applicable) to ensure follow-up sales activities will generate maximum amount of revenue.
As a Regional Sales Director, your success will be accomplished by utilizing excellent in-depth knowledge of company products and programs, as well as team members, and by developing and implementing an agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area.
Establish and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with the client by ensuring the successful execution of deliverables and putting forth recommendations related to applied strategy using their CRM and/or industry knowledge.

Lead, and be ultimately responsible for the execution of business development, ongoing business expansion (i.e. cross-sell and up-sell), and successful handoff of newly developed or expanded business to appropriate implementation personnel in such a fashion as to achieve corporate targets of market penetration, revenue and margin metrics, client satisfaction, product and client diversification, and ongoing compliance with regulatory, quality, accreditation, delegation, and contractual requirements of Company products and services.
Identify, cultivate and manage high impact relationships with key prospects and major benefit consulting firms in the health & wellness marketplace including national practice leaders, individual consultants and their major clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the BFS Sales Head and execute business development, offering positioning and sales strategies as a member of the sales team for North America.
Establishes and maintains systems that support integrated business development across the offices, including a central content management system and a system to secure bid and proposal funds and training around new business best practices.
The Director of Sales Support will lead and support the overall strategy and direction for their assigned divisional sales support team of Spectrum Reach. This position can sit in any market within the division this role is assigned to.
