As a Infrastructure Support Analyst on the Capacity Planning & Engineering team, the candidate will work as an individual contributor in a team environment to coordinate infrastructure capacity management efforts by correlating business volume forecasts in support of a demand management function.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying relevant data elements that exist within and outside of Chase, run analyses to transform and enrich the data, and construct the usable data into an optimally designed data products to be loaded into our analytics environment.
In this role, the selected candidate will review planned orders, create requisitions for purchased items, and manage approval process; maintain positive relationships with ODOT vendors and lines of business.
Primary objectives are to help monetize our customer data warehouse thru in-depth customer & campaign analyses, develop modeling/segmentation approach for our customer base and email file, incorporate new data types & sources into existing data structures, and develop actionable data products that drive the companys bottom line.

responsible for supporting all task order related activities including document creation, research, and product delivery methods and developing design solutions and performance analysis.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide advanced analytical support for business operations in all or some of the following areas: claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, external reporting.
This role will analyze data from monitoring reports to understand trends and identify emerging issues, review policies and procedures as well as the branch rcsa to identify potential control gaps, develop business requirements to build reports that remediate discovered issues/gaps, and audit control reports to verify data accuracy.
In this role, you will provide advanced analytical support for business operations in all or some of the following areas: claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, external reporting.
In this role, the selected candidate will document the source to target mappings for both data integration as well as web services (consumer/provider mappings) that can be easily understood by the project team members with data quality and transformation rules.
