This position is responsible for testing and monitoring SOX compliance in Corporate processes and integrating internal controls / SOX compliance at newly acquired entities; provide support for global SOX compliance.
As a key member of our HR team, you will build strong partnerships with management to effectively identify top talent, lead the recruitment strategy and interviewing plan for each position, and serve as the subject matter expert for all levels of recruitment across various functions including manufacturing, engineering, scientific, and resource groups.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice related to the development of new credit card products, ancillary products, and/or product features of existing company Group credit cards, review of marketing materials related to the company Group credit card offers and/or product terms and conditions, in each case to mitigate legal risks and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
The role requires a detail-oriented, diligent resource with the ability to handle a large number of concurrent tasks and establish relationships with a number of different teams on both the business and technology sides. The candidate needs to be able to effectively communicate and reason through this complex environment.
