Experience with leading digital initiatives in consumer electronics such as Agile Product Development, Systems Thinking, Smarter Manufacturing, Next Generation Supply Chain, Industrial4.0 Frameworks, Quality Management and Plant/Shop Floor Optimization.
Participates in design and definition of a project (or solution) in the initiate phase of the solution delivery life cycle. Requires sound understanding of business processes, systems, organizational structure, and industry requirements.
Identifies the critical elements of a business process that need to be monitored and managed. Defines criteria of performance success in the context of a specific process and identify, with process owners and stakeholders, what characterizes good, bad or indifferent performance. Reports performance in a way that generates a balanced and rational response from senior and junior management.
Ideal candidates will have experience in consultative environments where questions and needs require deeper questions and development. This role should be comfortable working with large amounts of data while being collaborative across a team to meet collective goals.
Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives. After the implementation, lead and support project initiatives to expand the usage of the sap solution to improve and expand fi/co processes across the enterprise. Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practice.
