The Account Manager will be the "face of the company" at several strategic national accounts; he / she will manage customer expectations and direct sales and technical services as needed with each account.
In this role, you will possess a detailed understanding of channel partner economics with a demonstrated ability to assess a partners business and jointly develop successful strategies to incorporate and sell Spruce finance products (energy/water efficiency loans and PACE) in a way that positively impacts all aspects of the partners P&L.
The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) develops and executes strategy on a named accounts territory of substantial strategic importance to our business. The SAM is distinguished by specialized knowledge, problem solving skills, ability to influence client buying decisions, and successful track record of executing brand, expanding relationships and increasing revenue and margin.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline collaborating with Sales Development, SAs, Channel and Alliances, Demand Generation and Marketing as well as the Customer Success functions.
