Implement pricing strategy changes and short term pricing actions: assess financial impact, review changes with business stakeholders, translate changes into pricing rules, implement and test those in the pricing system, recap the financial impact and make adjustments as necessary
Perform support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication and administration of sales compensation or incentive programs, and plans. Analyze compensation information, determine trends and communicate findings to Commercial Leadership.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting analysis of complex business initiatives and regulatory requirements for residential mortgage lending; support projects, programs and initiatives through planning and executing technology implementations or integrations, acceptance testing and business requirements analysis.
Translating business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria so that the software teams can execute on them in an agile development environment, ensuring the product vision and goals are met.
Provide technical and analytical data support to the Customer Advocacy Analytics team with the overall mission of providing data necessary for conducting complaint trending and analysis necessary to meet our quality objectives. This information is integrated into recurring management reviews and analytical dashboards for effective communication and action.
Keeps current on new technologies and methodologies to maintain current skills by reading literature, attending conferences and seminars, taking classes, and participating in technical societies, as appropriate.
