The Senior Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for professionally presenting and demonstrating the most technical aspects of companys framework, understanding and defining customer requirements and proposing the best solution for a clients needs.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as an Endpoint technology specialist and architect; deliver and lead proofs of concept (POC) on products; provide technical insight to client technology leadership.
The Senior Account Representative is an outside sales position, and is responsible for increasing the sales and margins of the company by calling on and building relationships with an assigned group of accounts.
Meets with prospective and existing customers in person or by conference call to understand their business, to explore mutually beneficial objectives, collect information required to assess their communication needs in detail and estimate the amount of potential new or incremental business the account represents.
Build and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships not only with decision-makers and end users at current and prospective customers, but also with community leaders and representatives from relevant business associations (e.g., Society of Human Resource Managers).
Keeps customer database up to date by recording all activities, transactions, and communications with customers. Prepares regular expense, sales forecasts, and sales activity reports using software designed for that purpose.
Provide pre - sales assistance for sales opportunities to customers and partners. Including installations, troubleshooting and training of Forcepoint products. Refine and research technical requirements of the opportunity.
Perform support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication and administration of sales compensation or incentive programs, and plans. Analyze compensation information, determine trends and communicate findings to Commercial Leadership.
